Research on the Application of Hanfu Elements in Modern Clothing Design

Abstract

This article focuses on the application research of Hanfu elements in modern clothing design. Hanfu carries profound historical and cultural heritage as well as aesthetic wisdom. Integrating it into modern clothing design is of great significance. It helps to inherit and innovate culture, promote the diversified development of the fashion industry, facilitate the multi-faceted integration and harmonious development of social culture, and also has educational significance. The research review indicates that the application scope of Hanfu elements is extensive, covering areas such as daily wear, evening gowns, stage performances, and sportswear. The design techniques are diverse, including direct citation, deconstruction and recombination, and abstract refinement.
